We’re planning to perform database maintenance to ControlNow on Saturday, 13th January. The work will affect ControlNow dashboard access for up to 2 hours, depending on the region. Details of the maintenance window are below. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- EMEA – 9:00pm to 0:00am GMT – up to 2 hours
- North & South America – 2:00am to 4:00am EST – up to 1 hour
- Hong Kong & Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 0:00am AEST – up to 1 hour
Customers may experience some service interruption during this time. Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management and Web Protection are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during this period.
