One of our hosting suppliers will be performing a network maintenance in the Sydney datacentre on Sunday 16th July between 04:00 AM AEST and 05:00 AM AEST.
During this time, clients may experience service interruption accessing our ControlNow product for the APAC region.

The MSP Mail engineering team will be performing maintenance on our Mail Archive system on Thursday, July 13th, starting at 2:00PM Eastern/6:00PM UTC for our European infrastructure, and 9:00PM Eastern/1:00AM UTC for our North American infrastructure.
These maintenance windows are each expected to last about 45 minutes. During these periods, users in the affected region may be unable to search the Archive. Message storage and mail filtering will be unaffected, and will continue as normal.

We’re planning to perform database maintenance to ControlNow on Saturday, 8th July. The work will affect ControlNow dashboard access for up to 30 minutes. Details of the maintenance window are below. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- Europe – 10:00pm to 2:00am CEST – up to 30 minutes
- North & South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT – up to 30 minutes
- Hong Kong & Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST – up to 30 minutes
